With a few airlines: cabin crew. Certain airlines pay better than others and give you more perks, but those jobs are in higher demand. The job IS taxing but it's simple - keep the customers happy and tend to their needs. Look after them. Be prepared to work odd hours and be on your feet for much of it.

I'm prepared to do that :)

I don’t think it’s quite that simple. Besides the abuse that flight crews have been enduring, they need to be educated and prepared to handle all types of inflight emergencies.

Oh, I getcha. And I'm ready to learn :) The abuse stands out like a sore thumb - I've seen how poorly cabin crew can be treated by unruly passengers.

I also heard that cabin crews do not get paid until they take off. You could potentially be working for "free" if stuck in the runway.

Delta changed this just this week. FA's now get 1/2 pay during boarding. The FA union at United is up in arms about it because they've been trying to get this for over 20 years.
