Ponder with me... if could change ONE thing about our world?

If you have a magic wand and could change one thing about OUR world, what would it be?

(don't have to get into details of how you would make it work, just it would be that....)


My heart goes out to the working mother... so I would make it so Mom's could stay home with their children until school age, then they would work part time until the child was 18.

EDIT TO ADD: please do not comment against anyones choice... agree fine, but lets not make this into a debate. We are all different and I just thought it was a great ? and not meant to explain the whys or hows

Right off the top of my head I'd have to say "Clean Water". It would really make a difference in this world. After that I think Respect for others. Wow!! What if we taught that in schools all over the world! In fact, maybe that would be my number one choice!

But there are people who work by CHOICE too. NOt just necessity.

I would make it so we could speak to our loved ones who have passed on every few months, just to "catch up" and see how they are doing.

Right - I love being a working mother and don't want anyone's heart to go out to me!

If I could change one thing I'd figure out a way to turn off whatever it is in people's minds that make them decide they should molest a child. And if I couldn't figure out how to turn that off, I'd figure out a way to make sure that a child molester never gets an opportunity to do it again.

What would happen to the mothers who want to work outside the home?

What would I change? No child ever goes hungry.
