Of course, it won't rain when we're there in June :-)

But if it does, what are the poncho details? I picked up some adult size ponchos for $3.99 each. Can't help but think (hope) they're more expensive at the parks.

At the parks, are they one-size-fits-all, or adult and children sizes? What are the costs of the ponchos at the park? And are they colored or clear?

Finally, are the parks the only place to buy them? Can they be purchased at resort gift shops or DD?

You can find them at the parks and I'm pretty sure at the resort gift shops. Of course, you can get them at Wal-Mart in Orlando, too. The ponchos at the parks were not too outrageously expensive. They probably ranged around $4-$7 I guess. My philosophy was to buy the $1 ponchos at Wal-Mart (at home) and throw them away when finished. They were too hard to refold. I have four children and didn't want to carry six ponchos around after opening them out of their cute little packages. They were a must-have for us in December. It was too cold to get wet. In June, I imagine you may WANT to get wet!

I found cheap ones 2 for a buck at Dollar Tree. We plan on using them as disposables, as well.

All the WDW ponchos used to be yellow, but someone recently came back and said they were now clear. We have a few of those, too, from previous trips.

The adults size is clear with MICKEY, and the childrens size is yellow with MICKEY! I don't know how much they were, DH picked them up! We needed them one night in EPCOT this past December. It started to drizzle and it was quite chilly, we're Jersey Girls (and one Jersey Boy) and used to the cold, unfortunately! I can imagine that the FL folks were FREEZING! ::yes:::teeth:

Another suggestion is to pick up a couple extra adults sizes, for over the stroller if you have one in tow. Worked great keeping my toddler nice and dry. I drapped them over the top and down the sides and kept the front open so she could see.

We too buy the cheap ones at home and dispose of them at the end of the day. Although we do have a few yellows and blacks at home here. My daughter still loves to wear hers when it rains.

The adult sizes we pretty much one size fits all and the kids a much smaller version of one size fits all. My little one wears a size 5T and it came down to just about her ankles, pretty big but it keeps her dry, 'cept for her shoes!
