pretty much u need permission to use and upload photos of people not in the public eye. models (this includes face characters from disney parks since they are in fact in the public eye and give consent to take pictures) and celeb's are fine... but no one under the age of 13 or any picture without consent. celebrity children is a controversial matter right now as every one tries to figure out the rules.

love the narwhal one... me and my friend kevin have this whole narwhal unicorn of the sea thing going on. for halloween he taped a paper cone to his head. every door he went up to people asked him if he was a unicorn. he's like "duh, i'm a narwhal." lol he told me about it... i rly wish i would have seen it for myself!

Thank you! Yeah, it does have a lot of flash, and uses memory and stuff. I can't seem to use it any time on a mac, it only works sometimes for me on my laptop.
