anyone have any recomendations for staying at the polynesian, i plan to go in january, also anyone swim there in january, cause if the pools are heated i m swimming, got to get the whole experience in, but any recomendations for the poly would help alot, thanks

I don't have any special advice for the Poly, other than enjoy yourself! We love the place!

The pool's heated, and the hot tub is nearby to warm yourself up in! Although we've never stayed at the Poly in Jan, we've stayed at other resorts, and never missed going swimming at least once; Since we live in MN, we take the opportunity to swim outdoors in Jan when we can get it!

We loved the Tokelau building -- if you are in a garden view room I'd recommend requesting that one. Also recommend specifically requesting a 2nd or 3rd floor room with a balcony (not all rooms have them).

Ricola, the Polynesian does not have a hot tub.
