Polynesian studio question

They're only fulfilling member requests that SAVE them money.

When I stayed in January at AKL my studio mini-fridge didn't have a freezer. I bring a lot of my own food due to religious requirements, and could use the freezer. I contacted DVC member services, and while I was still there got a phone call at home regarding the missing freezers. The lady left a message stating that the DVC members have requested the units have no freezer section so as to have more room in the refrigerator!

As a Wyndham TS owner, too, it reminded me of when I complained to Wyndham that they had stopped allowing owners to transfer points, necessitating renting points from Wyndham at 3 times the cost. Wyndham told me that the owners "overwhelmingly" voted to eliminate the inter-member transfers! Of course, when I posted this on a Wyndham chat board, NO one remembered this being voted upon.

Har! So they said. I was a new owner at the time. But as I said, when I posted it on a chatboard, all the "experienced" owners said there never was a vote!

Hmm..I notice no high chairs. We were able to still request one when we stayed at BLT in a studio. I'm hoping we can still request and get one when we stay at a poly studio next year (otherwise, they;re gonna really wish they gave us that vacuum cleaner too. lol)
