Polynesian Resort - Longhouse Preference?

Our first family trip to DW will be next Winter - yay!! I think we've narrowed it down to staying at the Polynesian, but now i'd like to know which "longhouse" would work best for us. Our kids are 6 & 4, so we'd like to be near the kid's pool, but would also LOVE a view of MK. A short walking distance to the monorail would also be great. Any suggestions of which building we should request? THANKS!

We stayed in Rarotonga in February and liked the location/proximity to everything so much that we have requested the same building when we go back next Feb. It is the building next to the ceremonial house (i.e., the restaurants and the monorail). We were on the 3rd floor (full balcony - 2nd floor only has a small walk-out) and had a view of the gardens/quiet pool. We were not within eyeshot of the volcano pool, but it was probably a 2 minute walk from the steps of our building.

We love Tokelau. Have requested and gotten everytime! Quick walk to TTC and quick to GCH and pool. We like the end of the building toward the lagoon. Even with a gardenview you can ususlly still see the lagoon and fireworks from MK.

We love Tokeleau too! Near the quiet pool and the monorail to Epcot isn't too far away.... Wherever you stay, you will LOVE the resort!

We've stayed in Tokelau twice and requested it for next trip. We love the location!

We loved Tokelau too! we faced the quiet pool on the 2nd floor- could see MK and fireworks from balcony!

Tokelau!! I agree with all the fellow Tolelau posters above . It has everything you said you want. Request a room towards the beach end if you can and you can watch the fireworks within a few steps of your room at most.
