Polynesian New Tower

So I was so looking forward to buying into the new Polynesian Tower. Im actually staying there on the first night. Then I saw the prices-and I thought to myself, that if I buy resale, I can still stay there plus the other 9 resorts. So I decided to wait to see what the next resort would be. My question is how many people changed their mind when they saw the prices and how there was a lack of incentives?
