"Samoa" and "Samoa building"

What is the difference?!

That's odd. I have no idea. Another reason we don't make requests during online check-in. Too many people reporting weird issues like this. The best way to make a room request is still to call and have any requests added to your reservation.

We stayed in Samoa a few weeks ago and really enjoyed it! Nuie was closed so there was even less foot traffic around the building. The rooms have been reno'd already and are very nice. Short walk to GCH and to dock. We will request there next time at POLY.

No worries...anything can be changed even at check-in. Never had a problem there before.

As others have stated, it's the same thing.

Based on recommendations on this board, I requested a 3rd floor room in the Samoa building for my September trip.

It is centrally located in the complex, has pool views from either side, and the third floor has a full balcony and nobody above you to make noise.
