Polynesian DVC question

We got our points chart in the mail today, and I wondered about how it says there are studios or 2-bdrms. What, no 1-bdrms??? And does that mean every 2-bdrm is over the water? (Better be as they are all the same points!)

Most serious, since there are apparently no 1-bdrms, I hope they put washer-dryers in the studios. And kitchens. Did they??

Their phone lines are not open, so I can't call and ask them. Was hoping someone here would know. Thanks!

Where have you been?

The long houses are all studios and the water bungalows are 2 bedrooms. No 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom long house rooms or GV's.

PVB is a different DVC project like none that we have ever seen.

The 2 bedrooms are the 20 bungalows on the water.

The rest are studios in 3 converted longhouses. No washer dryer in the studios. Kitchenettes like other studios, no full kitchen.
