Polynesian concierge

Just got off the phone with Tara from the Polynesian Concierge planning and wanted you all to know how really great she is!
She is so pleasant to speak with and seems to go really out of her way to help you in whatever way she can!
We are checking in on May 31 and I asked her about the chances of getting into Hawaii because of a special circumstance I have and she said that no one that week will be checked into Hawaii. So if you were hoping as I was by some chance of being in Hawaii instead of Tahiti , I don't think it will happen. Just thought I would pass that along.

I also found Tara to be FANTASTIC! In fact I found the entire concierge staff to be very friendly and helpful. Tara's mother also works in concierge her name is Marilyn. If you have the pleasure of meeting her, tell her that Mrs. Meredith (what she always insisted on calling me ) says Aloha! Have a wonderful stay at the Poly...I'm so sad we had to leave and I can't wait till we return next year!
