Polynesian Concierge during Rehab or Beach Club Concierge?

I am really considering switching my reservations from Beach Club to Polynesian concierge for our August vacation. I would not hesitate to do this if it were not for the rehab going on. When does the switch take place? I am hoping that I will have enough time to hear from people who are there during the rehab so that I can make my decision. How well equipped do you think that they will be for such temporary quarters? For some reason, the Beach Club concierge does not appeal to me as much. Does anyone have any good experiences with Beach Club concierge?

I was also considering Poly concierge and the rehab thing totally put me off and I booked BC Concierge instead.

What I didn't like was that the temporary "lounge" was going to be two lagoon view guest rooms - It just sounded "mickey mouse" to me - (forgive the pun!).

But I will definately try Poly Concierge once they are all finished and the lounge is back to normal with it's two storey glass windows overlooking the magic kingdom.

As for BC concierge - I have not heard too much either - but there is a DIS'er there right now who has promised a trip report when they are back next week.

I can also say the itinerary planning person at BC has been working with me and my PS's and she has been excellent.
