Please help me decide where we should stay this July. Can't decide based on location. So which one would you stay at?

We will be traveling with kids. 8, 6, & 4. We have been to Disney 7 times before. Just have never stayed at any of these resorts. And we are planning a somewhat short notice trip. We usually stay at one of the moderates. But now that I am back to work after staying home with kids, we can afford one of the deluxes. I am so excited. But just can't decide. We will be all over property, so location doesn't help me.
Your forgetting that all the rooms at the Polynesian along with Captin Cook's Snack Co were recently renovated. The Beach Club to me is the most "neutral" of all these properties Amazing pool area and also just a short walk to the Boardwalk. Poly is great, but is also the oldest on property, and while its great to hop on the monorail to the MK, thats only one of the 4 parks. Stay at the Beach Club, say hi to Art, enjoy the pool, and if you need a taste of the monorail, take it from Epcot to the MK area one day and ask to ride in the front, maybe you'll get lucky!
