Polynesean Villiage/Grand Beach Resort?

Anyone stayed at these two time share places? We can stay at either place through my parents' time share. I did some research online and both look great, however, I do appreciate any disboard knowledge!

Grand Beach is pretty close.

Not sure of the size but they look pretty roomy - standard time share.

Friends of ours have stayed twice at the Polynesian Isles and said it was good - you may want to check out reviews on www.tripadvisor.com too. They look pretty positive.

We've been to Grand Beach twice. The three bedroom units are nice because they have two masters. The living/dining/kitchen area is a bit compact. Very convenient location for Disney.
