Does the Poly resort have a community center for children. An area where parents can accompany the child to play and do activities like crafts and such. Thank, Rick

They do not have a free one like many other resorts. They do have a Lilo's Playhouse, which is a pay for child care club.

Follow up Question, I noticed that Bay Lake Tower has a very nice community hall. We are DVC members and I was wondering if we could use BLT even though we are staying at the Poly? Thanks, Rick

Yes you can go use the Community Hall at BLT or any of the other DVC resorts that have them.
