Poly Water Parade

Thinking about going to the Poly for an evening for a Dole Whip, to watch Wishes and see the Water Parade. Do they have that every night or only on certain nights and what time?

Our dates are May 11 - 15.

Every night, and hits the Poly around 9 PM although sometimes is a little delayed, depending on fireworks timing.
