I would say Pago Pago is the least desirable, as half of it has a parking lot view.
Moorea has lake and garden views, and Tokelau views the garden on one side and the quiet pool on the other.
(Of course if you are in Pago Pago and get a garden view, its not much different from the others.)

Tokelau is a slightly shorter walk to the GCH
