With the new bungalow's obstructing the lake view is it worth it to splurge on lake view over standard view?

Most people feel second and third floor lake view rooms are worth the extra. First floor lake view rooms are mostly bungalow view rooms. There are at least a few threads criticizing DVC room view category decisions for PVB.
