Poly Updates please

Was wondering if anyone has recently returned from the Poly concierge recently and share experience Thank you

We just returned from the Hawaii Building on Tuesday....and it was crowded. Service was ok, the food selection for breakfast was your standard continental fare: muffins, pineapple bread, bagels, english muffins, cinnamon rolls, danish, oatmeal, cereal.
Snacks where the uncrustable PBJ and cookies. Never made it to cocktails. Dessert was tarts, cookies, usually a mousse cup, and a cake plus cordials and coffees.

Conceirge really did not get us the seatings or even the restaurants we wanted. The park was crowded, the hotel was crowded, very unlike November (this is our 4th year going at this time). I would like to try the conceirge service when it is not so crowded sometime. We stayed at the Yacht Club Conceirge and loved it last year, so we tried the Polynesian this year, and decided we like the service at the Yacht club better, but the location of the Polynesian.
