The Disney Vacation Club rooms are housed in the Pago Pago, Tokelau, and Moorea longhouses and the Bora Bora Bungalows.
You can always make a request.

The only upgrade from a standard view would be lake view. Most of the villas are standard view. Other than the bungalows.
