POLY Studio Room Questions

We are stay next week and I have a questions so that I know what to expect.

1. Is use of laundry facility included?
2. If laundry is include, is detergent provided like in a one bedroom elsewhere?
3. Is there a DVD player in the room?
4. Is there a pack and play in the room or do you have to request one?
5. Is there a clock in the room?

1. Yes.
2. Only one load.

5. There was. They are mobile and subject to change.

1. Yes it is the Moorea Longhouse on the first floor just off of the lobby. The room has a laundry basket in the closet.
2. None for studios--bring your own. 1, 2, & 3 Bedroom villas at other resorts have their own washer and dryer and they are given one package of laundry detergent.
4. No, however, you can call housekeeping and request one. Also a high chair can be requested from housekeeping as well.
5. We had a clock in our Poly room but it was obviously added by housekeeping at the request of a guests because it was plugged in to the front of the night stand. I thought it got in the way for charging our phones as it had one of those huge plugs. But the outlet on the wall was hidden by the furniture and I couldn't plug in somewhere else. We just unplugged it as we used our phones for an alarm and the time, BTW, the clock had the wrong time anyway plus a 3:00 AM alarm that was on. People must think that is funny for the next guest.

For studios, no laundry detergent is provided. You need to bring your own, plus fabric softener or softener sheets or buy them.
There might be a clock on the microwave, but it might not be right. You might have to reset it.

4. There has always been a pack-n-play in every studio, including Poly, that we've stayed in. At Poly, it's in the closet.
