Poly Studio Rental

How quickly do the Poly studios book up? I would love to take my son as a graduation present(especially since he didn't go on our trip last fall), but we don't have his graduation ceremony date yet? I would be looking at going around 6/17/17 for 4 or 5 nights. I have an owner I normally rent from, but they own at VGF. What are the chances of securing a studio (view doesn't matter) at 7 months out?

We rented there in 2015 for 6 nights June 4th - 10th. Little more popular now since most construction done (new "quiet pool looks awesome") but I agree you should be ok.

I couldn't get in for October this year at 7 months

I think the fall is priority time for a lot of DVC'ers because of food and wine, lower crowds, and weather. As much as I hate to go in the summer, it's really the only time we can go with my son before he heads off to college.

October was brutal this year, but it's also a popular swap at 7 months for Food & Wine for people who don't have home resort at BCV or BWV. Poly is pretty much the perfect balance point between F&W and MNSSHP, taking over that spot from BLT, which is somewhat less convenient to Epcot, but somewhat more to MNSSHP, but has teeny studios.
