Poly room with monorail view?

I have a friend who is traveling to Disney with her young children and staying at the Poly. Her son loves trains and would really get a kick out of the monorail.

My question:
Are there any longhouses to request with a monorail view? She was planning on a gardenview room as well.

Let me preface this by saying that POLY is my absolute favorite resort...I have a 6 yo DD and when we were planning our trip for March, I had the choice between POLY and CR. My son wanted CR for the monorail. Maybe your friend could look into availabilty at the CR to get that great monorail experience and probably less expensive for a gw room, maybe even for tower BLV. Just a suggestion.

We always request Aotearoa at the Poly, it has a great monorail view, especially the 2nd and 3rd floor.

I stayed in the Aotearoa on the 3rd floor BUT in a MK view..It is really pretty on the otherside (monorail side)..it overlooks a golf course and the monorail...there is another longhouse on the otherside of the resort that overlooks the monorail..but it is not as pretty..behind the monorail is the parking lot...and the bus stops..it's not very private

The Aoteroa and Rarotonga longhouses offer views of the monorail. Request 3rd floor for the best view.

pretty sure it is Rarotonga in the ads.

but with Rarotonga get a 3rd floor might still go with Aotearoa because sometimes in Rarotonga you can heard the race cars in that track that Disney build a few years ago.

Aotearoa is right in front of the monorail.
