Do you think they will ever create 1 or 2 Bedrooms DVC at Poly?

If they do, expect it to be a new build and a new condo association.

The other longhouses are unlikely to be convertible; they were built with a modular construction. Rework had to be done around the framing a while back due to mold. You cannot just bash out walls on the remaining longhouses; the three that went DVC were the three because they were built later, and without the modular construction.

They could do a tower of some kind over near the old Lilo's or the Luau Beach, potentially. But they'd also need to find space for a third pool.

The rumors of a new PVB tower have emerged now and then and I believe that they the plans somewhere idle, waiting to be dusted off again.
