I have a poly stay booked for December! Hopefully all is complete by then

The quiet pool definitely won't be completed by then. I think the completion date is sometime in spring, 2016. I just don't want you to be disappointed when you get there. Regardless of construction, you'll still have a great trip. The Poly is amazing!
