Poly Parking Question - MNSSHP and ADR

I'm staying offsite for our next visit, and had a question about how the parking works with an ADR.

We're attending the Halloween party and have ADRs at the Polynesian for 2:00 p.m. My plan is to valet park at Poly for lunch, and then head over to MK for the party (leaving the car at valet). My question is, do I pay at the entrance to drive in, and then pay again for valet parking? Or do I show my ressie at the front gates and then go to the resort and pay?

I'm fine paying for both, it's more about the convenience of valet parking with two little ones that are going to be exhausted after a long day. Does this sound like a workable plan?

You should not have to pay for both. When heading to Poly, enter at the far right gate for guests. Tell the CM that you are going to Poly and have your reservation handy incase he asks.

Careful with the lane you use to enter. The very far right lane is for buses (and possibly Cast Members). You want the lane just to the left of that lane - ideally that one will be marked "buses only" and will have a line of buses . This is mainly for safety, since you'll be driving to the right on the same road as those buses, and don't want to risk getting hit by the crazy tourists heading off to the left to the parking lot while trying to organize all the paperwork they just got
