I’m planning a trip with friends the first week of March to escape the cold in NYC. We’ll do MK one day and Sea World one day to try the new Mako coaster, but otherwise we’ll just be relaxing at the pool. We’re all in our late 20s, and my friends aren’t necessarily “Disney people” like I am
I feel like the tropical theme of Poly would be nice in the winter, but I know the Volcano Pool is popular with kids, and ideally we want to relax at a pool with fewer kids. How is the new Oasis Pool—does it get crowded (looks kind of small), and are there noticeably fewer children there vs. the feature pool?
I have never stayed at VGF but was pleasantly surprised after looking up the Courtyard Pool- it looks pretty large, and I assume kids would prefer the other Beach Pool since it has the slide, etc. Downside is that while the resort and grounds are beautiful, it's not particularly unique, and I'm trying to sell my friends on the magic of Disney
Can’t go wrong with either, but I just can’t decide!
