Poly or CR

I am just trying to decide between the CR and Poly for a quick trip.

The Poly is our family's favorite resort, but we were thinking about giving CR Tower a try.

I am little concerned about all the negative posts about CR lately and am curious to hear your opinions.

I loved staying at CR. I'm planning a quick weekend trip in January with my 4 year old niece and will be staying there again. It's proximity to MK and the view of the fireworks at night makes it a perfect place to stay. Next family trip we want to try Wilderness Lodge, but for this quick trip I'm definitely staying at CR again.

We love CR; Poly, not so much. We're in the minority, I think, but the Poly magic has never quite rubbed off on us.

Poly is great. one of the best resorts on property. but if you get a tower room facing MK at CR you're paying the price of a "standard" Tower room compared to paying for a "lagoon view" at the Poly.

Go with CR...dont let the negative comments dissuade you...its a brilliant resort.

I would go with the CR tower. Sometimes it can be fun to try something new.

If you can get a renovated room at CR with an MK view, definitely go with it. Though I must say that I liked our ground level garden wing room too. Walking to MK is the best.

I am a big fan of both resorts. For some reason, the CR gets a lot of bad publicity. IUt might be that the colors/decor is a little different than some expect. I have noticed that they have been renovating the rooms and going to be a modern contemporary kind of feel; with dark woods and colors etc... I just had acolleague come back from satying at the CR Consig. level and they had a brand new room and the loved it. THey loved sitting outside on the balcony and watching the fireworks at night time because they had a seven seas view. Try it for a change!
