Surprising my youngest with a trip to Disney for her birthday. It will be me, my middle daugher (14) and my youngest who turns 10 on 12/21. Renting points for 2 nights of our stay, which would you choose with the current happenings? I know the Poly is only open for DVC and not everything is open.

At Poly you'll have a queen bed, a sleeper sofa, and a single Murphy bed - so all three of you will get your own bed and not have to share, if that's important. You'll also have two bathroom sinks, a tub-shower and a walk-in shower, and one toilet. At BTL (I'm assuming you're looking at a studio) you'll have a queen bed and a sleeper sofa, no Murphy bed, so two people will have to share. Also only one bathroom. And the square footage of the Poly studio is larger than the BTL studio. Personally, I'd pick Poly.

Is the monorail platform at Poly still under construction? That would be a deal breaker for us.

Yes, but the DVC villas at Poly are a short walk from the TTC monorail station - some say that it's shorter than the walk to the GCH station.

Thanks, I was leaning towards BLT because of the walk to MK and it's own security walk through I believe, but I have always wanted to stay at the Poly. I think I'm going with Poly. Hopefully it's still available.

I had a knee replacement last year. It would be a deal breaker for us. I never thought about disabilities until it happened to me and now I'm just more aware that a situation like that might mess up plans for someone. :crutches:
