We were on the 2nd floor of Tokelau on Tuesday and the room had all the refurbishments completed except the Murphy bed. I heard a cast member explaining to another guest about supply issues preventing all the rooms from having Murphy beds for the time being.

We checked in yesterday. 2nd floor Tokelau and no Murphy bed. Also, wi-fi is not stable. They are going to reset router tomorrow which doesn’t help me get a boarding group for Remy at 7AM. I hardly have any cell service in room. Ugh, if Disney wants us to use My Disney Experience for everything they need to give stable wi-fi.
I would honestly leave the room and go walk down by the lake to try for the BG. We had bad phone signal and sketchy wifi at Riviera, and I walked away from the building down by the water out in the open, disconnected from Wifi and found a spot where I got full bars on cell service. I am not a morning person either, so I went out in my pajamas with my hair a mess and no makeup. Did I feel a little silly doing that for a BG? Yes, but it was worth it.
