Poly LV??

We have ressies for Poly-Concierge lagoon view for 3 nites and 6 nites at CSR. After reading so much about Poly, I now want to stay all 8 nights there instead of CSR but we can't afford Concierge the entire time. (We have never stayed concierge anywhere before and I just wanted to splurge) But would I be disappointed if we got just a lagoon view room and not concierge. If so, what bldg, and other info should I know about these rooms and bldgs? Thanks to all of you for everything I have learned on here.

We did concierge's mainly for the convience of getting food quickly for our kids, 18 mo and 6 yrs old. Maybe you could have a balance and do Garden view concierge's which is cheaper.

Endless supply of goodies, drinks and fruits made it worth it for us. Dinner time food was the best and top shelf liquor served every night if you like that.

I agree with RayJay. The beach has such a great view -- watch the fireworks from there and get a garden view. If I had to choose between the 2 I'd pick concierge.

We recently stayed in GV concierge at Poly. Lagoon view would have been nice, but we thought about the actual amount of time we would be spending in our room looking at it, and decided GV was great too, especially because we could just walk out onto the beach and see whatever we wanted. Also, the view from the concierge lounge itself is great. I just couldn't justify the difference in price for LV. Poly is a great resort, you'll enjoy it no matter which view you have.

I love concierge but if I had to choose between the view and the conceirge I would be happy to be in a regular lagoon view room and I don't spend much time in the room at all.

We did Poly -GV- Concierge for 10 days and loved it!!! We loved the convenience of concierge and the view was still nice. The Hawaii longhouse was in a perfect location also. Evening cordials while watching waterparade and fireworks in lounge were perfect!
