Help us decide which show is better - our sons are almost 9, 7, and 5 and think the fire jugglers would be cool to see!

I'll admit right up front I am not qualified to make a direct comparison but will share my thoughts on WDW vs. Seaworld shows/meals. I have done the old laua at Poly (the one when they had characters at the early show for kids), it was really nice. Very well run, decent food. Last year we did the highly touted "breakfast with Shamu" at SeaWorld San Diego. Well it was definitely inferior to any Disney meal/show we had done. I commented to DH that SeaWorld needed to take some lessons from Disney on how to organize and run such an event. The food was inferior, paper plates and cups were used  , the whole reservation check in was a joke and the Shamu staff totally catered to one side of the restuarant and did not give young kids much chance to answer questions or see Shamu (they didn't try to lure Shamu around the viewing area). Anyway, not really an answer to your specific question but JMHO !!

Good Luck.
