Poly IPO ?

Does anyone know how long it usually takes the IPO to get back to you on booking ADRs and such. I have asked them to book CP and get MVMCP tickets for me about a week ago and have not heard back from them ( I emailed them, they said they got the ADRs but were working on the others). I had called the day after I sent the email with my credit card info, because I knew they would need it. I have only ever stayed at the BC & BWI concierge levels and there IPO usually gets back to me within hours! Is this the norm for the Poly, or should I be concerned.

There is no blanket statement that can be said that covers all situations. There could be many reasons why they have not called or emailed and one of the reasons is that they have all the info they need and are working on it or have it taken care of. They are not going to always email you just to say “all taken care of” if they are in the middle of 50 other things, especially with all the confusion of Hawaii being down and taking care of WL concierge.

With that said they Polynesian IPO is considered by many one of the best IPOs on property and they are very responsive in most cases. That is not to say they never make a mistake or miss something or don’t go that extra step to make you feel everything is taken care of, but with their track record I would give them the benefit of the doubt that they are taking care of all your needs. If there is something you need an answer on than just send them an email, even if you already did.
