Poly in 2003.....HELP

Good Morning,

We are planning our next vaca for Feb. or April, 2003. Due to work and school, we always have to go during the school vacation, but we are use to it. This time we are looking at the Poly Concierge.
Because of the crowds we usually book our room EARLY, anytime now would be normal to assure us a reservation.
Our questions:

**If I book now and the DC rates are posted in October or November can I apply these discounts to my reservation?

**Are there ever any DC codes for the Poly Concierge?

**How crowded is the Concierge level during school vacation, will we still be able to take advantage of all the "perks"?

Yes, you can book now and apply any discounts later.

Do you realize that part of Feb and most of Apr is Peak Season? Check on the dates from this year -- next year's seasons should be pretty close. If you start your trip during Value season, then your entire trip will be charged at that rate. It might be worth looking carefully at your arrival date.

Concierge is not horribly crowded. many people take food back to their rooms. The lounge was large enough to accomodate quite a few people, anyway. Downstairs there were always 1 or 2 CM's to answer our questions or make PS's.

Book your room NOW. You can always change the ressie later.

You will LOVE Poly Concierge.

Thanks for the info...will check early Feb. to see if we can begin our trip during "value season". I must admit I prefer April because the park hours are longer and the temp and weather is warmer.

I was not sure if the discounts are good for the Poly Concierge.
