Poly Fax ?

We will be checking into the Poly on Friday, 9/26. I am planning on faxing my request on Tuesday morning, 9/23. Should I call the resort and make sure they received my fax? If I do, who should I ask for? We did not fax in a request last year, and received a great location in the Niue longhouse. We would love to stay there again, but they have made it into a smoking building. Due to allergies, this won't work for us. Thanks for the help.
