Poly expert advice needed

We are staying at the Poly in October, my ressies are for
4 people but I might have 1 more person coming with us,
should I call now or wait until I know?

Also, when I made my ressies I did not ask for a
particular longhouse, should I wait and fax it
4 or 5 days before?

You can always just add the person when you get there. I think they make the room assignments 3 days prior to your visit. I usually give them mine right up front, and contact them 3 days before and confirm.
