Poly DVC - How many details have been released?

I am not a DVC member yet but I eventually will be so it's a matter of when not if. I'm wondering if with the new addition at The Poly would when it is available for purchase would it be the best time to join? I really love the Poly and it would be my top choice I think.

last I heard

Tahiti was going to be only studios - no 1 or 2 bedrooms as in the original plan.

the bunkalows (sp?) would be 3 bedrooms and out on the lake.

I think the only official announcement is that it's coming. No details on number of rooms, types of rooms, opening date.

Not a single thing has been reported officially by Disney. Though we were all fairly pleased they actually acknowledged the construction they were doing on the Poly was DVC-related. As PP said, there have been rumors about Poly only having limited types of villas, but nothing has been confirmed one way or the other.
