POLY DVC Construction: When Is It REALLY going to start?

There's a lot of speculation here on the forums regarding DVC construction at POLY. Some stating that it will commence as early as later this year. Do you really think that will be the case? It would seem to me that they would have to wait until GF villas have sold up to a certain level before they start at a new resort. Or am I wrong? Wasn't there time between BLT and GF? Or AKL and BLT? What do you think?
