Poly DVC Booking Date and Grand Opening Date?

I read that phase 1 will open on April 1st....which surprised me as I was just there in December and saw the construction. Does anyone know how many units are opening and when they will be available for non owners to book? We have a trip booked for August and would switch to the Poly in a hot minute if we could.

Also, should have asked when will the Poly will actually look like the Poly again without fences around the pool/lobby/property.

Yea I'm curious too when we can start booking. My home is SSR and I couldn't find anything today on DVC website when the start date will be for booking. I have a trip in June and looking to change it to Poly.

PVB owners will be able to start booking 2/11
Non-PVB owners will be able to start booking 2/25
