We would like to watch Wishes from the beach at the Poly after eating at 'Ohana. Could someone please describe how to get to the appropriate beach from the restaurant?

Sure. Walk downstairs and head towards and then past the volcano pool. Keep going. When your feet get wet, take two steps back. You can also walk over to the dock if you'd like.

The beach by the Fiji longhouse is also a good place to watch.

If you are dining in Ohana you may be lucky and your table will be in the perfect spot to watch it while your dining! We were lucky one night and were seated at the window right in the center of it all!!! It was beautiful
