This has been debated here recently-- I hope I don't stir things up with my answer.
Some will say that food offerings/savings from eating at parks/restaurants should not ever be the reason for choosing concierge level.
Rather, the offerings are not a substitute for meals and that they are meant as snacks.
For my family, it does factor largely in our decision to stay Concierge. We have three kids six and under; all meals they eat are tiny. We eat two light meals a day and eat a big lunch at the park, typically. So for us, a snack in the AM and the evening is all we ever need.
HOWEVER... there are MANY benefits to Concierge besides the food. Personal attention. Ease at making/changing PS arrangements, esp last-minute changes. Turndown service. Separate check-in at the resort. And the pre-planning that you can do before your trip, to arrange any special PS or celebrations with your family. The Poly Concierge lounge has a special area for watching Wishes from the lounge.
We had the WL Concierge made all our PS and they got us CRT without any stress of calling on six different phones at 6:58AM! That alone practically makes Concierge worth it for us

They also helped us arrange a very special cake (Cinderella themed) for our DD's 4th birthday: we had dinner at the Castle and the cake was delivered there. No stress, no hassle at all. It was great.
So, decide if the perks of Concierge *besides the food* are worth it for you.HTH! and have a great trip.
