I have been trying to call the itinerary planning for 2 weeks now and no one ever answers. They want you to leave a message but since I am at work all day it is easier if I call them. Does anyone know a trick to speak to anyone? I am really trying to find out if I should try to get reservations at CRT by myself of let them do it. Thanks

I get better response through e-mail and I'm sure you'll have your questions answered promptly.

As to your CRT question, we don't have any desire for those reservations, but others have said the IPO are better at gaining access than the individual. I believe, however, others have opted to try themselves, too. Personally, I'd put my faith in the concierge planner's ability to snag your reservation versus you getting on the phone at 6:59:59 a.m.
