Poly Concierge

My brothere is thinking of staying at the Poly in July. He wants to stay in the concierge bldg., Hawaii bldg will be closed for renovations. This would put him in the Tahiti bldg. His question is how long of a walk is it from Tahiti to the GCH? From the maps of the resort it seems like quite a hike. Also, how far of a walk is it to the pool? would staying in this bldg. be a hassle? He could stay in a non concierge bldg., and be closer but from everything I 've read, the concierge level seems worth it here.

It is the furthest house from the GCH but the closest to the TCC, which is great. We love the Tahiti and always stay there when at the Poly. You save so much time just by walking over to the TCC instead of taking the MK monorail to Epcot. The walk to the pool is not long and it is so beautiful waking the grounds of the Poly. One of my favs!

The grounds are just not that large, so it isn't a big walk to/from anywhere. As already mentioned, Tahiti is between GCH and the TTC, which is very convenient. Concierge is great (not as much the services as the lounge offerings and staff, IMHO) and I think it would make his visit much more pleasant.
