I am trying to decide whether to book a land/sea DCL cruise for early December, 2005 or to book the cruise and WDW stay separately in order to stay ... yes ... I've been bitten ... at the concierge level. With two small children and desperately desiring some time to RELAX, it seems so perfect for us. Though we can choose the Poly as part of the land/sea package, I am guessing they do not sell upgrades to concierge (is it worth asking I wonder?!).
There is no way DH will allow me to book Poly CL at rack rate.
Oh correction: there is no way he will PAY rack rate, I can book it all I want. LOL. I understand that some rooms can be snagged with an AP rate. How about the usual room-only or package discounts that come out every few months? Does anyone ever have any success that way?
We need to decide soon to get the booking discount for the cruise (I'm sure Poly CL books fast too). If we have only a tiny chance of getting a discount by booking separately, we'll probably skip the potential heartache of it all (having to keep calling and calling and calling will bug me!), but I wanted to get opinions from the experts. Thanks so much!
