Well they saved my vacation, anyway.
DH arrived "not in the Disney mood", you might say. (Bad stuff at work that he was having a hard time leaving behind.
Anyway, the first thing he asks concierge staff for is a fax machine and he gets on the phone out on our balcony. I think, OH GREAT!
I was whining about it to the staff, and they were sympathetic. They called me in the room and said - Stay where you are for a minute! And they sent up a really nice bottle of wine and some snacks. It completely turned the vacation around.
They are so nice at the Polynesian. I'm going to write letters to management and tell them how much I appreciate it.
