Poly concierge room reseravtion

Just recieved my room confirmation from the Poly and under room it just listed garden. Should it have said concierge? I called Disney and they said i'm in the computer as concierge, but no where does it say in writing that I am concierge. Should it say it somewhere on my confirmation?

Disney Dude - that is strange but not a cause for worry. My ressies for October said the same thing... well, not exactly... Lagoon View... but not a word about concierge. I called 'em up to make sure all was well in paradise... my second ressie... the one with the Fairy Tale package... DID say concierge but the room only (for 3 days with AAA discount) only had the room view. Hmmm. Yeah. Strange.

Soooo Dis Dude, did you book the FT Package? If you did... well... I'd be a callin' disney back too. It could have been worse... right now its just burned phone toll charges, but it could have been an error. You did the right thing.

When you start makin' your PS ressies with your concierge... THAT will tell the tale if you really are booked as conceirge. Oh, that and the size of your deposit!

I think it depends upon if you're doing a room only ressie or a package.... whether or not is says "concierge" on your confirmation.

Someone needs to lose their job over buying the current software that handles all these details. It just seems reasonable to me if you reserve a concierge room your confirmation should reflect that. Presently, that is not the case. Idiotic.
