Poly Concierge-contact/email?

We have concierge reservations at the Poly in early October. We have not been contacted; is this unusual? Is there a way for me to contact them: Phone? email?

I didn't wait for them to contact me. It does seem like you should have heard from them by now. If you want to email them and ask for a personal itinerary planner, the address is WDW.Polynesian.Island.Planning.Office@disney.com.

When I received this email on another board it was stressed to me to only contact this office if you are staying at the Polynesian AND in the concierage section of the hotel. If not, this office will not be of any help to you.
