I just returned from AKL Killimanjaro Club and the oatmeal has vanished from that CL as well. I was told it happened around mid-October and that it happened to the Poly as well. Instant oatmeal packets are available, but it's just not the same. I was told it was a decision made beyond the CL CM's and it sounded to me like a move to create some sort of "standardization" amongst the concierge lounges. I asked for contact information to write to complain about the AKL decision and as soon as I get all my stuff unpacked and find the card, I'll be able to do just that.

In September, there were some rumors mentioned about AKL CL having to discontinue their afternoon tea service because it conflicted with that of the GF. Fortunately, AKL won that battle and their tea service is alive and well and still serving those yummy scones!
