Poly Concierge 3rd Floor Q

I noticed that Poly Concierge is on the 2nd floor but has a 3rd floor sitting area. Is the 3rd floor sitting area accessible directly from the 3rd floor or do you have to enter concierge from the 2nd floor only? I'm assuming there are stairs within the concierge lounge to get you from 2nd floor to the 3rd floor.

You can get to the 3rd floor lounge from the 3rd floor. There are also stairs within the lounge itself to the 3rd floor.

There are stairs from the 2nd floor concierge lounge up to the 3rd floor. The 3rd floor has the bathroom for the concierge lounge.

a little of the topic, but does anyone know have the rooms already been redone in the hawaii building yet? the pix of the remodel on tikimans site look awsome, & I was wondering if they look like that when were there

OP - We stayed Hawaii/concierge 3rd floor and absolutely loved it for accessing the lounge + the balcony was great! As others have said, we'd enter the 2-story lounge from our 3rd floor and walk down a few stairs to the food offerings on the 2nd floor. Also nice to hang out on the 3rd floor of the lounge, where's there's additional seating plus newspapers and games and nice views.

no the hawaii rooms aren't done yet - at least none in early May when we were there. By the way, that bathroom in concierge is roomy with towels, large vanity etc.. and is a great changing place if you decide to do parks/pools etc.. your check out day.

You can access the lounge from the first floor desk area straight up to 2nd floor and then to 3rd floor loft area. All have entrances down to their respective floor corridors. There is an elevator on the corridor side - next to the lounge. Then there is an outside stairwell on the total opposite side of the Hawaii building. That is the recommended way to leave for the TTC and bus route, esp if your room is down that end.
