[CR Resort Fan 4 Life]

SO! Hows the CR CL? One of the next I'll try. (okay, seperate thread, but I've got the biggest fan on "the horn". I could help it. )

My family and I have always had great stays there in the past and it's one reason why we keep going back.

I stayed LVCL last October, and will be there again in less than 2 weeksI have another LVCL trip already booked for next Oct. The staff were wonderful during our trip last fall . I've heard the breakfast offerings have changed since then, so I'll miss the pineapple bread, but I loved the rest of the CL food selections (especially the punch served in the evening. The lounge has a beautiful view, and one of my favorite things to do in the afternoon is sit in the lounge and enjoy the view.
I have a crazy schedule, so for me having someone else take care of the ADRs is extremely helpful. I've never asked IPO for help with anything other than ADRs or event tickets, so I can't help comment on that.

I am very friendly with a CM at the BWI and was told they are not to do the shopping anymore and told to send you to disney florist. Its less work for the CMs and Disney makes more money. I think many of the small special touches that the club level staff used to do has been made harder by cutbacks and management.

The good thing is though, this was about 5 years ago. So things may have changed big time. Who knows.

I think this may be true. My wife and I started staying Poly CL about 6 years ago. I remember thinking that everything about the experience was fantastic but that the CM's were not that friendly. The friendliness and attentiveness of the CM's has improved every year since then. I don't know whether or not that was by design or they just got lucky with hiring friendlier people. I feel that the current group working there is top notch.
